Delivery Information

Why don't you offer untracked shipping?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer untracked shipping due to a high number of orders going missing in transit. We want to ensure all orders reach customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

Where is my order?

Please check your order confirmation email. This will tell you how long your order should take. You will receive a tracking reference which you can use to monitor the delivery.

I haven’t received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what shall I do?

Please email customer service hello@oodee.com and they will be able to help with the issue.

My tracking number isn’t working, what shall I do?

Please wait 24hrs from when you receive the tracking number as it does not activate until it's picked up by the delivery company. If it's still not working, please contact hello@oodee.com with your name and order number.

I placed an order over a week ago and haven’t heard anything since my confirmation email - can I get an update on my order?

Refunds, Exchanges and Return

To arrange a return, please email us at hello@oodee.com stating your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for the return. If your item is faulty you will need to tell us what exactly the fault is and include a photograph of the defect.

Our customer service will respond to let you know the address you need to send the item to and delivery instructions. Please pack the item securely and keep the receipt from the post office as proof of sending.  We can only act on a return once we receive the item from you.

Based on our policy, we will replace any faulty items like-for-like, or if the item is no longer available, we will refund the original payment method. We will replace a wrong item with a correct one. Please note that we can only refund postage costs if we have sent you wrong or faulty items. Once received, we will process your return as soon as possible and at the very latest within 30 days, including shipping a new product to your address. Your credit or debit card provider determines the time taken to credit your card. This is usually between 10-15 business days. We will notify you once we have credited your card.

I have changed my mind, can I return a product and receive a refund?

We are happy to offer FREE returns for 60 days on all orders placed on oodee.com. Please see our Refunds Policy for more information.

There is an issue with my product or I have had the incorrect products arrive, what do I do?
