DELIVERY

All orders are shipped using a Tracked Delivery Service and are delivered on Mondays - Saturdays (exc. Bank or Public Holidays).
Orders placed after 3pm BST will be processed the next working day, which means that your delivery time frame will begin from the following working day if the order is placed after 3pm BST.
During promotional periods and holiday seasons your order may take a little longer to arrive, so please place your order well in advance to ensure that you are never out of stock on Oodee.
DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK:
Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is around 2-3 business days; tracked delivery. FREE for all UK orders
Express Delivery (available only for UK addresses): Next day for orders placed before 3pm BST. Tracked & signed delivery.
• £5.00 for orders under £150
• FREE for orders over £150
Please note the following for the Express Delivery:
◦ Place your order by 3pm BST Monday–Friday for delivery on the next working day (excluding bank holidays).
◦ If you order on Friday before 3pm BST, your order will be delivered the next working day which is Monday. Orders made after 3pm BST on Friday and over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.
◦ Only available for orders sent to UK addresses.
◦ Orders to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland may take 2-3 working days even with the Express Delivery

*Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance these must be paid for by you (we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be). Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation.
Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
